High School Graduation Certificate or GED Certificate
Proof of Age (18 years or older). Drivers License or State I.D.
Proof of Citizenship or Legal Alien Status
There is a $20.00 Dollar Application Fee (Cash/Check/Money Order)
After Your Application is Submitted There Will Be a Third Party Standardized Test Scheduled That Will Cost $35.00 Paid by You.
