ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

The Union Office can answer questions regarding: Union Dues, Death Assessments, Death Benefits, Supplemental Unemployment Benefit Fund, Job Targeting, Retirement from Local Union (not Local Pension).

SUPPLEMENTAL UNEMPLOYMENT BENEFITS:

It is the members' responsibility to stop at the Union office to sign the out of work list and fill out an application for sub-pay at least once, in each 14-day period, whether you received anything from the Ohio Unemployment Bureau or not. You need to sign the list whether you are entitled to SUB pay or not. This helps the Business Agents keep track of who is out of work.
